GREAT Arboretum Walk, plus Tree Care 101

Thank you to the 40 people who journeyed in the Arboretum with Tree Team’s Jim Gersbach! The event lasted over two hours, on a beautiful sunny day.

One of the most common questions was about watering trees for the summer. Fortunately Friends of Trees offers a guide to tree care >> that answers your basic questions. We will bring back more resources in a future post.

Did you miss it? Just check out our interactive online MAP >> (supplied with some of Jim’s genius) or his springtime walk recommendations >>. You can also sign up for notifications of future events at the bottom of our homepage >>.

Kudos to our amazing Concordia Tree Team pictured here! Mallory (Tree Team shirt and clipboard… always), Amy (purple hat and handsome pup), Jordana (blue hat, community network guru), Lizzy (launch maestro and green hat), Ric (selfie and general photographer), Jim (Tree Team shirt and Arboretum founder) and Barbara (sunglasses and Tree Team leader!).
